ARTEKA TECHNIKI O.E. is a general contracting and construction services company in Athens, Greece that deals with the construction of private and public works, with focus on delivering on-time and on-budget projects while maintaining high standards of build quality and expertise. The company is also active in the field of energy efficient building construction, using innovative materials and sustainable building methods. Through the long-term and continuous presence of its contributors in the field of construction, ARTEKA TECHNIKI O.E. has accumulated experience in a wide range of projects such as high-quality remodeling, refurbishment, renovation and construction of new building works, general civil engineering works, road construction, port, electromechanical, industrial, energy, plumbing and green works. The company holds a 2nd class degree from the Registry of Public Works Contractors (Μ.Ε.ΕΠ.) in all the main work categories (ID 25736), while it is registered in the lists of the Ministry of National Defense for the construction of NATO projects (ID 4620). In addition, ARTEKA TECHNIKI O.E. is a member of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ε.Β.Ε.Α., ID 251281) and the Association of Greek Contracting Companies (Σ.Α.Τ.Ε., ID 1654), as well as holding ISO certification for the construction, operation, and maintenance of private and public works (ΕΛΟΤ ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018). The company was founded in 2007 by civil engineer Antonis Roussos, who started his professional activity in the mid-1970s serving in his field of training at the Hellenic Air Force for about twenty years, then moving to work as a Senior Operations Manager at ΔΙΕΚΑΤ SA, a construction company with major scale activities in Greece and abroad.
