Building or remodeling a luxury home or commercial building is a complicated process with a fair amount of technical jargon and countless decisions that must meet specific requirements and regulations. Diane created Artemis Construction Management out of a need to fill the communication gap between what the customer wants and what the contractor can do, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. Although competent, the contractor and design team each have their own interests on a project. An owner's representative or construction manager is the only team member who solely protects the owner's interests on a project. Artemis Construction Management is your eyes and ears throughout the construction of your dream home or commercial building. We are uniquely qualified to best represent the customer’s best interests.
