1. Concrete Scanning:
We use advanced Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technologies to locate rebar, tendons, metal,plastic conduits, glass-fiber cables, voids, and wood within concrete. Our GPR equipment provides real-time view of the inside of the concrete structures. It generates accurate images for direct on-site evaluation. The GPR displays top view and cross sections of the scan in 2D and 3D for easy
object mapping and multilayer identification. We can help our clients to
inspect floors, decks, slabs, balconies, etc. and ensure their safety when
coring or cutting into concrete.
2. Utility Locating and Underground Scanning:
Our utility locating service is a supplemental to 811 services (call before
dig) to investigate the depth and location of metallic and non-metallic
underground utilities and features. We can detect underground private and
undocumented utilities, which may not be serviced by 811, trenches and
disturbed soil often associated with utility burial and unexpected obstacles
or buried structures such as old foundations that can cause problems for
excavations or construction. We can quickly identify and mark the location
and depth of service utilities and underground obstacles and clear your
potholing/excavation areas.
