Artesans-ResQ was founded in the wake of the recent escalation of the Russia-Ukraine war. As a newly established German charity, we have used our experiences of operating in Ukraine to advocate for a longer-term humanitarian vision for Emergency Medical Services. We sustainably improve the coordination and preparedness of local forces and support the transfer of ICU patients and MEDEVAC in Ukraine.
