On one hand we help design/ review the CSR framework and policy of an organisation to align it with their business strategy and on the other hand we help NGOs to do a self assessment and restructure to improve their performance! We are also passionate about enabling social enterprises and NGOs to strategically plan their finances to ensure financial viability and assist them in fundraising. Providing financial awareness about various aspects such as interpretation of the changing laws, acts, rules and regulations, best practices, reporting etc. Providing guidance and act as a catalyst to register more NGOs and create a roadmap to ensure smooth flow of their functions.
