Artificial Integrity

Warren Buffett once said, "In looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don't have the first, the other two will kill you." This raises the question: as we begin to 'hire' powerful intelligent machines to perform tasks traditionally done by humans, how do we ensure they possess something akin to what we call integrity? While others are obsessed with a race for superintelligence or general intelligence for machine intelligence’s sake, we are not trapped by conventional thinking. We are not confined by the comforts of the familiar. We challenge the linear, the predictable, and the next status quo. Because we see further. We aim for Artificial Integrity — not just intelligence. We all have the power to shape the future of the world we live in. Let us not just imagine better machines capable of greater artificial intelligence for that future. Let us imagine a better future with machines capable of greater artificial integrity.
