ARTRIX-KENYA is a leading national non-governmental, youth-led socio-economic organization based in Nairobi and Homa Bay County with active projects along the Lake Victoria Region of Kenya. The organization has a network of women's groups, youth groups, farmers groups, community health workers, and volunteers that implement its programs and activities in various parts of the country. As a social organization, Artrix-Kenya is committed to creating a safe space where adolescents' and young people's talents are nurtured and their reproductive health and rights are recognized, provided for, and respected. The goal of the organization is to create an enabling environment that will foster adolescents' and young people's (AYP) transformation, talent development, and environmental conservation and increase AYP agency, resilience, and access to sexual reproductive health and rights. We believe in others; hence we run impact projects of identifying, nurturing, empowering, and supporting young, talented people, mostly youths and teenagers, by providing them with a platform to showcase their talents in acting, dancing, comedy, singing, poetry, spoken words, modeling, artwork, acrobatics, storytelling, and sporting activities. As an economic organization, Artrix-Kenya is committed to setting decent working environments and sources of livelihood for youths and young women. We specialize in both soft skills and technical economic empowerment activities like roadshows, event planning and management, branding, product activation, website services, talent nurturing, development and promotion, marketing, and advertising services. As well as soap making, baking, kitchen gardening, and financial services. With our motto of “Stand Up, Rise and Shine,” we provide equal opportunity for various people with ideas in our incubation hubs to turn them into reality, which enables them to generate an income.
