While traveling, we found ourselves longing for experiences that were more than just beautiful escapes. We wanted journeys that awaken awe, deepen our connection with nature, and immerse us in artistic pleasure. But we also saw an opportunity: What if such travel could catalyze into something bigger? What if it could support living artists and nature-conscious creators, and culminate in a public celebration of that magic? That’s how the idea for Arts Humanitas and the SF Natura et Ars Biennale was born.
