Arts-Sciences-Lettres Société Académique d'encouragement et d'éducation Was founded in 1915 (by the law of July 1, 1901) by René FLAMENT - Member of the Society of Men of Letters - Sponsored by the most eminent personalities in Arts, Sciences, and Letters The Academic Society ARTS-SCIENCES-LETTERS aims to recognize and promote women and men who, through their talent and work, contribute to the enrichment of culture in the artistic, literary, and scientific domains. The Association has a significant network of Delegates, both in France and abroad, appointed by the Board of Directors to assist in the society's development and influence. This aims to facilitate cultural exchanges in the fields of Arts, Sciences, and Letters. Delegates share a common aspiration to contribute to cultural development across nations and foster a better world by interconnecting artists, scientists, writers, and any other contributors to humanity's culture from a holistic perspective. Their efforts are driven by genuine commitment, and they invest their personal time and resources without any financial interests or contributions from the Academy. Every year, the society ARTS-SCIENCES-LETTERS hosts a grand celebration at a prestigious venue in Paris. During this event, in the presence of a large audience of members and friends, recipients are awarded Platinum, Gold, Silver-Gilt, Silver, Pewter, and Bronze Medals, bestowed by the High Commission of Awards. ARTS-SCIENCES-LETTERS also presents, chosen by the Board of Directors, major Gold Medals with an Honorary plaque to French and foreign personalities. These prestigious medals are also conferred during this solemn ceremony, accompanied by an artistic performance and followed by an honorary dinner. ARTS-SCIENCES-LETTERS welcomes not only artists, writers, and scientists but also anyone interested in culture in all its forms.
