From the close collaboration between the companies ARTE-LAB S.L. and ART VALUE PROJECT, the Expert Office dedicated exclusively to the study of works of art, ART VALUE PROJECT Gabinete de Peritaje Artístico, was born in Spain.
For the art market, with lacks in legal clarity and security, we try to contribute our professional experiences in favor of the protection of the owners of works of art and the transparency of transactions, complying with the requirements of objectivity and impartiality that are impose to the expert activity, promoting the acquisition of works of art in a safe way, so that the risk in the decisions of our clients decreases.
For this we have created a methodology for studying works of art that, in a protocolized manner and with a large multidisciplinary and specialized team, which allows the adaptation of these protocols to each specific study. This methodology focuses our work on the analysis of the authenticity of works of art and the determination of their economic value.
The study process is reflected in a report, which is adapted to each request that is made to us, which complies with the legal requirements indicated by the doctrine and jurisprudence in expert matters and is valid before any public or private body, due to our status of collegiate judicial experts.
