A mediator is someone who helps people have difficult conversations by providing a non-judgmental, neutral perspective in a safe environment. The process is very informal and confidential. Whether you are experiencing a conflict with your family or business partner, your neighbor or your roommate, my role is to listen and ask questions to help you reach a resolution that you can live with. It's not uncommon that we may even mend a relationship along the way. Nobody needs to walk around holding onto the tension and stress of a contentious relationship or situation, or worse yet an impending lawsuit. Freedom may be closer than you think.
