We have limited capacity and are restricting membership to only 500 in the first phase out of the country’s c. 12,500 suitable properties. ARX will have comprehensive policy wording in the market - underwritten by-A-rated insurers. For larger properties, policies can be written on a “First Loss” basis if appropriate. We will survey every property and will contribute towards any beneficial risk improvements. Your premium burden will be the most competitive in the market, and the rate will be fixed for 3 years, subject to claims, giving you stability. ARX will contribute towards the cost of installing smart technologies to help mitigate future claims. You will only ever speak to experienced individuals, and we shall be available 24/7.
