ARYA is a professional moodreflection app to support the treatment of depression.
A crucial part of depression therapy is the reflection on behaviour patterns. It gives patients insights about the correlation between their emotions, their thoughts, their actions and the underlying circumstances.
The app allows patients to track their patterns anywhere, at any time, intuitively and completely discreet into their mobile phone. The recorded data is automatically sent to the patient’s therapist, in order to prepare the therapy sessions.
The additional Hero feature helps to activate the patient, this is an important element of treatment. The Hero learns from patterns and reminds the patient to do things that have a positive impact on his mood. The Inner Circle feature connects the patient to a select group of trustees. The aim of the Inner Circle tool is to make the user feel save and more connected to the world.
