We empower urban communities in green energy transition. Arya Power Solutions, Inc. is a woman- and minority owned consulting firm specializing in green energy work-force advising and assessments. Our focus is on work-force development needs across the green economy including transportation, building maintenance, energy generation, and disaster prevention and recovery. We are committed to delivering specialized strategic solutions and collaboration with local communities and labor and economic development markets for the scaling of major city, state, and federal initiatives to create green economy jobs that will be reserved for people from disadvantaged communities at least 50% by 2050 prioritizing historically disadvantaged communities and groups of immigrant families and ancestral roots. Our mission and goals are aligned with regulators, technology providers, capital management firms and public funders to ensure that resilience and adaptability of the green energy work-force landscapes across major U.S. cities is accomplished.
