The founders came from companies like Maadiran, the largest IT company in Iran and Mahde Taban, the largest producers of detergent and chemicals in Iran. The goal from day one was to be the best in customer satisfaction among truck manufacturers and importers. This goal was achieved in 2009 and ever since Arya Diesel has been number one in customer satisfaction among all truck & bus manufacturers and importers in Iran. Renault Trucks of France is a member of AB Volvo Company the other members are Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks and Nissan Diesel Trucks. Less than twenty percent of the shares of AB Volvo are owned by Renault S.A. AB Volvo is currently the second largest truck manufacturer in the world and first in Europe. Currently Arya Diesel represents Magnum, Premium and Kerax heavy range trucks.
