Our history began in 1991 in Tallinn, Estonia, when our founder, Mr Alar Tamming, established Tavid AS, the parent company of Tavex Group. We initially operated a single exchange office in central Tallinn, but with small and consistent steps forward, in conjunction with a burning passion for what we do, we have evolved into a leading Northern European financial firm with a focus on precious metals and foreign exchange. A contributing factor to our success has been our dedication to excellent service that has consistently put client needs and interests first. In addition, from day one, we have maintained a conservative risk profile, growing the business without the use of debt, and have always kept a strong financial position.
