Our vision : aims to rehabilitate individuals within the Egyptian and Arab communities for the local and international labor market by bridging the gap between theory and practice through education, training and employment . we seek to provide the training services but in a modern style, which combines theoretical training with professional and practical applications. Esaa is mainly based on training trainees to the labor market after providing them with all the scientific and theoretical material they need before going practical. To eliminate unemployment and scientific and practical poverty in our Arab societies in general and in Egypt in particular. Providing professional lecturers in Egypt and the Middle East to provide information and training to all our Arab youth to solve the most widespread social phenomena in our societies such as unemployment and ignorance . Our Mission : offer more than a training course in various fields required at the local and international market through a highly professional scientific subject based on a range of Arabic and foreign books and references. We also commit ourselves to providing practical training for each of the training courses offered through workshops. At the same time, we organize job fair event in cooperation with more than one company that is racing to win our qualified trainees. We also provide training services in factories, companies and major institutions according to protocols of cooperation between Those institutions and our Initiative .
