Empowering Gujarat’s Future through Education At Asaadharan Foundation, we believe that every child in Gujarat deserves access to holistic foundational education. Since 2016, we’ve been committed to transforming education in government schools across the state, addressing critical challenges like teacher shortages and quality gaps. Our Vision: "All children in Gujarat have an equitable opportunity to attain holistic foundational education.” Our Mission: To build a movement of leaders dedicated to transforming education in government schools, ensuring that every child receives the education they deserve. Our Impact: To date, we’ve impacted 4000+ children and supported 4700+ teachers and principals. Our efforts led to our official registration as a Section 8 non-profit company in 2019, enabling us to scale our initiatives further. What We Do: Through the Asaadharan School Transformation Project, we bring skilled and motivated individuals into the education system. We focus on upskilling school staff, creating interactive classrooms, and fostering student leadership, particularly for vulnerable children in Surat’s government schools. We manage SMC School with our curriculum and dedicated Edu-leaders, ensuring holistic education reaches every classroom. Our goal is for every child to complete their education or vocational training, paving the way for a better future. Volunteer Initiatives: Our Sunday Pathshala engages volunteers every Sunday to connect with underprivileged children in Surat’s urban slums through storytelling, games, and crafts, inspiring a love for learning.
