1. Mission:
Upon hiring us, we immediately contact the quality people on both ends. We then, quarantine your product, do a time analysis per piece and/or bin, and gather inventory quantities in order to make an accurate estimation of the number of people we will need to contain, sort, rework, if possible and certify your product in an efficient and cost effective manner.
2. Certification:
We organize, certify, rework and re-package your product to the standards that we received them. We will mark each bin and/ or piece per sort instructions and protect the line with certified product preventing you from breaking containment.
3. Completion:
At the completion of each sort we will provide you with a full sort report showing total product sorted, product reworked, fallout, scrap, hours as well as how we marked your certified product and photos if available.
We can also customize your report to your needs.
An invoice will follow within 2-4 weeks.
