Our specialist approach extends to the provision of qualified and reliable temporary catering staff (waiter, kitchen porter, host, butler, etc). Based in central London, we personally screen, interview, reference and where necessary re-train each temporary member of staff before being sent out on an assignment to any of our clients. During the recruitment process we also ensure that all employees have a current Health and Hygiene certificate or undergo our in-house training course, as approved by the Food Hygiene Bureau.
