We also provide Mold Inspections and Air Quality testing in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Awareness of Mold Growth has risen sharply in recent years. Several factors have contributed to this heightened awareness: energy conservation measures; changes in building materials; the use of rapid construction techniques; failure of occupants to properly manage moisture intrusion and humidity, as well as increased reliance on mechanical (HVAC) systems for comfort control.
