SAMA SERVICE in Morocco since the mid ‘90 there also offers a complete service production: from location scouting to facilitating the necessary permits, providing technical equipment, experienced technical crews and of course managing logistics. Even here the local knowledge and the experienced management allow offering appropriate assistance in difficult to access locations where no infrastructure exist. • We coordinate a production schedule to keep track of time • Clear breakdown of the project in terms of locations, cast, directors and dop requirements, equipment rentals, art department, wardrobe • Conduct regular checkpoints meetings with the executive production company, director, key crew to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained • Assisting the creation of a succesful PPM agenda • Deal with all the practical aspects of keeping a project running smoothly, thus the executive production company, director and the rest of the team can concentrate on the creative aspects • We provide serious negotiations with the local equipment rentals providing and managing transports • We provide lodging in the most suggestive hotel accommodations
