Groups as private limited Co, under the name of AL-Asassiyah Co. For Tapes & Adhesive Materials. The company was Converted in to the Industrial city phase 5 in 2002 and Industrial City- II in 2017
تم تأسيس الشركة في الخامس عشر من نوفمبر 1997م تحت ترخيص صناعي رقم 355/ص في منطقة الخمرة بمدينة المستودعات -المرحلة الأولى بمدينة جدة كإحـــدى مجموعة شركة أبناء عمر محمد بلحمر وكشركة ذات قطاع خاص تحت مسمي الشركـــة الأساسية للأشرطة والمواد اللاصقة وتم تحويل المصنع إلي المدينة الصناعية بالمرحــلة الخامسة في عام 2002م. يقع المصنع الآن في المدينة الصناعية المرحلة الخامسة وتبلغ سعته الإنتاجية ( أكثر من 10 مليون ) متر تقريباً سنوياً ويتم الآن تطوير الإنتاج ليقابل إحتياج السوق المتزايد من الأشرطة اللاصقة .
