We are run by fully qualified surveyors, all with a minimum of P402 industry accreditation. We offer the following asbestos services: • Management Surveys (It is a legal requirement to have a management survey for any commercial premises) • Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys - (It is a legal requirement to have a refurbishment & demolition survey prior to any works being undertaken on a property). • Sampling • Removal The asbestos regulations apply to: • All non-domestic buildings, whatever the type of business. • The common areas of domestic buildings, eg. halls, stairwells and lift shafts. • All other domestic properties that are not effected by the duty to manage.
