ASC Barrels was created to start a new era of cask (NEOC®️) for the wine, beer, and spirit industry based on the great potential in used barrels. Used barrels were diamonds in the rough - unconsidered, misunderstood, mistreated and unrevealed by many producers. This is when the idea of a high-quality refurbished barrel made of premium used barrels and a high standard process was born. Thanks to its past life experience and education, our barrels provide their new users with an innovative and ecologically-responsible way to mature their products. The fundamental principle of ASC Barrels’ philosophy is close collaboration and attentiveness to our client's wishes and needs. This allows us to tailor our barrels to their specific needs for their unique signature.
