CM3 Operational Services include but not limited to: Commercial Cleaning Pest Control Landscaping, plants and plant care Rental Car Management and Car Grooming Food Hygiene Cleaning Specialist cleaning, Hygiene and Consumable Window Cleaning (internal and external) – High and Low Steam Clean, Shampoo and Extraction of carpets and furnishing Hard Floor Strip and Seal Pressure Washing Hot and Cold Buffing and Scrubbing of all floor surfaces High rise Dusting Emergency/ad-hoc Call-out Requirements 24/7 Operations. Our Service Delivery : ASC’s Integrated Services have a robust infrastructure to support a multitude of asset requirements. All work carried out will be inhouse, sourced from the local area and will be managed by our team of leader's. At the coal face, we will appoint site supervisors who will work with the team leaders to ensure that the service delivery levels are maintained. The Team leader will have overall responsibility for the sites including reporting, training, delivery, safety, engaging and customer communication.
