Ascencia is a nonprofit homeless service organization and shelter located in south Glendale, California.
We provide a range of services and housing including: street outreach, emergency and permanent supportive housing and the case management and counseling services. We serve individuals and families of all ages, people with disabilities, including those with service animals.
Our Access Center is open Monday - Friday at 7 a.m. Intake interviews are done Monday - Thursday. The Access Center closes at 4 p.m., except Thursdays, when we close at 2 p.m. The agency is closed the last Friday of each month. All clients entering the emergency housing program (shelter) must go through an intake process and pass a drug test.
