Ascend at Indiana University

Ascend IUB is a student-led organization at Indiana University Bloomington and a proud collegiate chapter of Ascend, the largest nonprofit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America. We are dedicated to developing future leaders by fostering professional growth, technical skill-building, and cross-cultural engagement. Our mission is to cultivate leadership potential and create growth opportunities for students. Through workshops, panels, case competitions, and social impact initiatives, Ascend IUB empowers students to connect, inspire, and ascend. We are proud to be composed of 8 Executive Board Members, 35 Directors, and over 200 General Members. Our executive team sets the strategic direction and leads professional development initiatives, while directors oversee six core committees. Ascend IUB is committed to creating real-world opportunities that prepare students for success. We’ve partnered with top-tier companies including KPMG, EY, Bain & Company, and Walmart, offering students exposure to industry leaders and exclusive networking events.
