Ascend UCR is a one of the student-led chapters of Ascend Leadership, the largest non-profit membership organizations advancing Pan-Asian professionals in the workplace. Our objective is to empower Asian and Pacific Islander (API) business leaders of tomorrow to build community and ignite change.
Ascend provides API business professionals, students, corporate partners, and the community many opportunities including network, enhanced career lifecycle and cross-industry leadership programs that promote community engagement. At UCR, we host weekly events such as professional workshops, guest speakers, social events, and more to promote personal/professional development and create lifelong friendships.
Ascend is proud to have 45+ student-led chapters and 20 professional chapters. Ultimately, Ascend has a passion to support initiatives that help students across North America through community support/fundraising, academic and innovation program sponsorships, and scholarships.
