Ascent Sourcing was founded on the concept of providing an exceptional service to both our clients and candidates. The firm prides itself on its global reach, committed attitude and open communication to ensure an efficient, flexible and accurate search process. Ascent Sourcing has divisions set up to supply sectors such as Power Generation, Information Technology, Mining and Property. Ascent Sourcing has extensive client and candidate networks in mainland Europe, with strong coverage across Asia, the Middle East, North America, and Africa as well. Approximately half of all placements are made overseas as a direct result of consultants having the experience, and with that a key understanding of the economies and business etiquettes that vary considerably from country to country. In 2013 a regional office was set-up in Norwich based on a growing demand from customers. Ascent Sourcing is able to draw upon an outstanding database and network of candidates in East Anglia going back over 20 years. This enables clients in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire access to a talent pool that other recruitment companies simply will not have access to.
