Ascertis Credit (formerly BPEA Credit) is a performing credit manager providing credit solutions to high-growth established corporates. It manages private credit investments for marquee institutional investors across the globe, consistently generating outsized returns from secured debt investments structured to provide bespoke non-dilutive capital solutions across the yield curve to its investee companies for growth. With a management team with significant expertise in global and Asian credit markets and large teams on the ground in Singapore, Mumbai, and Delhi, Ascertis Credit has extensive sourcing capabilities to access unique investment opportunities for its investors. We changed our name from “BPEA Credit” to “Ascertis Credit” in October 2024. We ceased using “BPEA Credit” after October 2024 and have since renamed all group entities using our new business name, Ascertis Credit. Certain references to “BPEA Credit” herein refer to the historical names or references of our group entities and our business; while entities referred to as Ascertis herein may have formerly used the name “BPEA Credit” prior to our rebranding exercise. We had previously licensed the brand name “BPEA Credit” from Baring Private Equity Asia Group (BPEA), which combined with EQT AB in October 2022 to form EQT Private Capital Asia (formerly known as Baring Private Equity Asia, BPEA and BPEA EQT).
