Ascon Group of Developers is a 30 year young Construction Enterprise. Founded as a Textile Trading Company known as “Geeta Tex” in Surat, Gujarat in 1980, the group entered the real estate sector in the era of mid 90’s as “Ascon Group of Developers”. The group’s monumental projects such as Ascon City and Ascon Plaza saw its birth in the year 1995. Today it is a diversified business group dedicated to luxurious residences by developing high rise towers in the city of Surat under the brand “SURYA”. Our completed projects – “Surya Landmark”, “Surya Greenview”, “Surya Lifestyle” and our upcoming Project – “Surya Heritage” are prestigious residential projects built with fortified foundation enriched with picturesque architecture, emitting pure Royalty. In 2012, the group introduced “Ascolite” – a new direction by the group to grow vertically into building material from construction. The business comprises of a combination of building development, manufacturing, processing and trading.
