The base activity and the youth sector are a great resource for the companies, in fact many clubs emblazoned with strong economic possibilities invest a lot in the youth sectors since they have well understood that the talent is formed right there. The ideal player To do this we must start from the formation of a player who has very clear: - their own position, that of their teammates and that of their opponents, even before entering, possibly, in possession of the ball; - a player who knows how to choose the solution in the shortest possible time; - a player with remarkable technical skills, excellent coordination, completed by an athlete structure. It should not be underestimated that talent is not enough, if it is not accompanied by requirements that make the athlete a true champion: - intelligence, - sensitivity, - will, - temperament, - education, - humility, - sacrifice, - generosity, etc. It takes a great person who supports a real athlete.
