The Albania Sustainable Development Organization (ASDO) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing inclusive, innovative, and community-driven development in Albania and the Western Balkans. Since 2011, we have empowered individuals—especially youth, women, and vulnerable groups—through transformative programs in education, technology, entrepreneurship, and environmental sustainability. We design and implement impactful initiatives that promote digital literacy, green innovation, fair labor practices, and social inclusion. From national tech competitions like BiblioTech Challenge, to cross-border labor rights programs and smart community initiatives, ASDO brings together institutions, civil society, and international partners to co-create a resilient and equitable future.
