AGRICULTURAL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAMME- KAJIADO

ASDSP is nation-wide Value Chain Development programme focusing on facilitating stakeholder-led coordination for equitable and environmental resilient Value Chain Development. It is funded by The Government of Sweden ( SIDA), European Union, National Government ( MoALFC) and County Government ASDSP Kajiado works with three prioritized value chains in Kajiado: Dairy, Tomato and Beef We wish to achieve the following goal and result areas: Goal: Transformation of crop, livestock and fisheries production into commercially oriented enterprises that ensure sustainable food and nutrition security in Kenya Result areas 1. Productivity of priority value chains increased 2. Entrepreneurial skills of Priority Value Chain actors strengthened 3. Access to markets by Priority Value Chain actors improved and 4. Structures and capacities for consultation, collaboration, cooperation, and coordination in the Agricultural Sector strengthened
