Ascendi is a niche service designed specifically for individuals with challenging behavior, and our overarching mission is to deliver 24-hour care to our residents. We offer services to those in need within a caring, supportive, and secure environment. Our team of professionals, collaborative networks, and environmental workers are dedicated to providing health and care services to our residents. Our services are designed for individuals experiencing challenging behavior in conjunction with underlying mental disorders, dual diagnosis of substance use and psychiatric conditions (ROP), or developmental disabilities. As part of our comprehensive care approach, we provide follow-up care "at home" within the residential setting, utilizing capillary blood tests with a HemoCue® WBC DIFF Analyzer. This instrument, known for its simplicity and accuracy, is particularly unique for point-of-care leukocyte counting. We employ this instrument during the initial phases of Leponex and phenothiazine derivative treatments, as well as in the ongoing monitoring of medications.
