Our Structural Scope of services range from the preparation of plans, calculations and structural observations as well as the preparation of forensic structural engineering reports. Our Civil Engineering Scope of Services range from the preparation of site plans, LID, drainage and grading plans. Our Construction Management Scope of Services consists of value engineering analyses, review and responding to RFI's, Submittals and performing Structural Observations as well as the preparation of plan clarifications for field changes. In addition we also can provide quantity take-offs and construction estimates for future projects.
