Business outcome focused innovative IT Architecture practice with extensive experience in providing strategic technology services with deep expertise in the following: • Develop, document, promote and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, strategy, roadmaps, blueprints, reference architecture, design patterns, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, standards, policies, end-state architecture models and best practices. • Develop & deploy solution architecture across various domains including cloud, on-premises, and integrations; resolve technology conflicts and provide well vetted architecture decisions, select technology platforms and ensure smooth communications with all stakeholders. • Develop & drive transformation strategy with focus on leveraging emerging technologies and channels to enhance customer experience, engagement and retention. • Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement processes and policies to meet key enterprise architecture metrics & interactions across the multiple channels of communication, provide authoritative & strategic advice and recommendations. • Identify and assess risks associated with current state architecture as well as with the proposed solutions for the future state architecture, considering factors, such as - data privacy, resiliency & compliance requirements, security and technology limitations. • Develop business cases, manage transformation program portfolio, and design & implement robust architectural governance to prioritise decision making including capital investment. • Establish Architecture Centre of Excellence (CoE), lead teams to define and embed IT Architecture to ensure success on key investment projects. • Architect mentoring. • Startup advisory.
