Ashbourne's core business is the attraction, selection and development of people for client organisations. Ashbourne was established by Trevor Pons in 1991 and the focus of the business over the last 10 years has been the delivery of thorough and highly relevant, bespoke measurement and assessment processes for public sector clients inclduing; the NHS, DVLA, The Met Office, FCO, DfT and the Highways Agency. Ashbourne have also worked with a number of major UK private sector organisations, for example delivering assessment centres for EDF Energy, Agusta Westland Helicopters, ING Barings, AXA PPP and AXA UK.
