Hello! My name is Josh.
I run Ashdown from the stunning South West UK coast in a studio in Poole, Dorset. Alongside being a product designer, I am also a maker and fixer of things, as well as an avid cyclist and runner.
All of my products are thoroughly considered and designed using the 'Less But Better' principles. Hence the choice of materials and manufacturing techniques.
Originally established in 2016, Ashdown is an evolution of previous bag making projects and was started as a platform to design and make honest, robust and beautiful carry goods.
