Ashdown Phillips & Partners was established in 2004 in response to the need for the kind of commercial property management that was considered lacking in the market place. We pride ourselves on providing a personal, bespoke and professional property management service for each and every one of our clients. By actively building strong relationships and understanding our clients' objectives so that we can represent their interests in the most positive way. Our role is to become a trusted adviser and an integral part of our clients' property teams. By working from this position of trust we are able to offer a service that is more akin to an in-house advisory service than a remote agent. Many of our team are senior professionals recruited from London-based surveying practices, and although our core business is property management, we collectively possess the skills to offer a full range of advice for our clients, including asset management and due diligence. We currently manage nationwide portfolios for clients including pension funds, property companies and private investors. These properties represent the full spectrum of assets from prime retail units, shopping centres and multi occupied office accommodation to secondary industrial premises.
