We partner with and acquire small and micro businesses. Our goal is to keep our investments and partnerships simple. We want to take care of what you've built and continue the legacy of your company. Our investment criteria looks like this: * Service, consumer, low-tech and professional service businesses that have a healthy margin and stable operating history. * Currently profitable and a couple/few hundred thousand in EBITDA, not too high though * Relatively high customer retention rate with a preference for recurring revenues * At least 3 to 5 years operating history, more is better but doesn't need to be generational * Operating team in place, can be FTE, contractor or combo * Owners can stay, leave or transition over time. We care about relationships and partnerships so we are committed to making a deal work.
