ASHISH AGARWAL & CO. was formed in February, 1991 for providing Professional services in field of Audit and Taxation. In September 1993, the firm diversified to other financial services viz, preparation of Techno – Economic feasibility reports, Debt syndication, arranging bank limits, private equity and providing assistance for managing capital issues. The firm is sole associate of Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd. & Allianz Securities Ltd. New Delhi. The Firm is a Dun & Bradstreet correspondent for Punjab region for credit rating services. The firm is currently handling Statutory Audit of Companies, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Branch Statutory Audit of Banks, Tax Consultancy and Project Finance Consultancy. The firm is a business associate of Institute of Quality Ltd. (NIIT Group). We use Juran Institute and Phil Crosby philosophy in providing Total Quality Management services to our clients. The firm is a certified Credit Processing Cell for Bank of Punjab Limited at Ludhiana processing retail loans for Ludhiana, Jalandhar and their satellite towns. The firm is also handling the back office operations to other banks such as ABN AMRO, HDFC Bank, Bank of America and HSBC. We are handling around 50 credit rating cases a month for Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India (P) Ltd. Mumbai. The firm has staff of fifteen young C.A. Intermediates as well as Commerce Graduates pursuing their career in the field of Taxation, Audit and Accountancy.
