The group also includes F1 Modular (F1M) a leading off-site construction business. Together with its specialist team, F1M undertakes detailed designs, manufacturing drawings, off-site construction from its in-house factory, transportation, installation / cranage and full-commissioning works. F1M provides high quality buildings for the public and private sectors reducing lead times and providing superior energy performance. Founded in 1991, Ashley House listed on AIM in 2007 and is a founding member of the Social Stock Exchange. Ashley House and F1M are accredited under ISO 9001 and 14001 recognising the quality management and environmental management systems of the Group. Ashley House holds Investor in People status. Through enduring partnerships with all stakeholders, Ashley House leads each project, whether using modular or traditional construction methods, from inception to delivery using experience and best practice resulting in inspiring and sustainable property solutions. At the end of 2017 Ashley House plc and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited (MSIL) launched a 50:50 joint venture Morgan Ashley Care Developments LLP(‘Morgan Ashley’), to develop extra care and supported living housing. Morgan Ashley has been set up to focus on responding to the undersupply of purpose built supported living for elderly and vulnerable people. The new business will work with Ashley House and MSIL’s existing partners to deliver a significant pipeline of projects across the country.
