My career in Property Development spans several decades, the last two of which saw the completion of a variety of Housing and Health related property developments across East Anglia. Now semi-retired, I continue to be involved in identifying and evaluating suitable development opportunities for Affordable Rented Housing across the UK for the SoundView Group. Suitable sites of 5 acres or more (outside GLA) are always of interest, replies swift, intro fees paid on completion.Now, with a little more time on my hands, I am able to work a few hours a week in the Community Village Shop and for a local charity, Success after Stroke, as well as being Treasurer of our new Village Hall.My Personal Website profiles three decades of songwriting.
