Ashoka Young Scholars Programme

Ashoka University’s Young Scholar Programmes (YSP) are certified, summer, residential programmes designed to give motivated students entering grades 9-12 an exposure to a liberal arts & sciences education at the university level. 📆YSP 2025 applications open on Nov 30, 2024. We're offering 7 interdisciplinary programmes in May & June 2025: 📌YSP Foundation Programme- An introduction to the best of Ashoka & a global Liberal Arts & Sciences pedagogy including foundational disciplines, critical thinking & 21st century skill workshops 📌YSP Environment, Society & Impact- A solution-driven approach to environmental & social issues through interrelated disciplines with workshops on prototyping & scaling solutions 📌YSP Psychology, Behaviour & Well-being- An application-based programme introducing students to psychological theories, their applications & the multifaceted nature of well-being 📌YSP Frontiers of Science- An interdisciplinary approach to cutting-edge research & future-forward topics across the Sciences with hands-on learning & experimentation modules 📌YSP Tech, Data & Computer Science- A hands-on approach to problem solving with cutting-edge tech, data & CS solutions for those excited to locate creative solutions in this ever-growing field 📌YSP Entrepreneurship, Business & Leadership- A practitioner-led journey through the stages of building a successful business, from idea to execution, including leadership & design thinking workshops 📌YSP Economics, Policy & Governance- An interdisciplinary exposure giving deep insights & rich perspectives of our world in dialogic sessions with policy & action workshops 📌YSP Advanced- Combine YSP Foundation Programme with YSP Entrepreneurship, Business & Leadership OR YSP Economics, Policy & Governance for an enriched experience & a 2 week advanced certification *tentative schedule, subject to change 📩youngscholars@ashoka.edu.in
