ASHRAE Cincinnati Chapter

Cincinnati ASHRAE is a local chapter of ASHRAE, serving the greater Cincinnati region of southwest Ohio. In 1932 the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Society of Heating and Ventilating Engineers (ASHVE) was formed, and in 1939 the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Society of Refrigeration Engineers (ASRE) was formed. The chapters merged in 1959 to become Cincinnati ASHRAE) Cincinnnati ASHRAE is an organization of engineers, contractors and other professionals in this area working in the design and construction of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for the buildings. Our purpose is to share knowledge, expand relationships and support the continued development of the arts of HVAC&R to improve and enhance the health and comfort of building occupants, and the effectiveness and sustainability of all systems."
