“ashraX” (arabic for 10X) are year-round mastermind executive programs for visionary leaders. ashraX is ab(new)normal venture's flagship program led and curated by globally recognized disruptive innovation executive coach and strategist Rami Al Karmi. Rami is the architect behind the ashraX programs and has committed to hosting and curating them through a series of 18 year-long chapters. The journey begins with Chapter 1, kicking off at the Ritz-Carlton in Amman on December 2nd, 2023, and extends all the way to Chapter 18, scheduled for the year 2041.
