For over 30 years, Camran Nojoomi has dedicated himself to Suisun City’s transformation, first as City Manager and Redevelopment Director, and later as founder and CEO of Ashria, LLC. Driven by civic responsibility and long-term economic growth, Nojoomi assisted with the revitalization of Suisun’s waterfront, directing the creation of the marina, public plazas, restored wetlands, and dynamic new residential and commercial districts. In 1998, he launched Ashria to carry that mission into the private sector. Since then, Ashria has worked hand-in-hand with Suisun City’s legacy of strong leadership to reimagine the city. Past developments include the 56-unit Harbor Park subdivision, the award-winning Grey Hawk mixed-use community, the Holiday Inn Express, and the recently completed Vernon and Lawler mixed-use projects. Fueled by a deep passion for the city and a clear belief in its potential, Camran continues to guide Ashria with purpose. Now joined by a second generation of leadership, Ashria is expanding its impact with new projects under construction: The Lots Residences (16 single-family homes with ADUs), and The Almond Gardens (97 affordable apartment units). Ashria remains committed to revitalization rooted in vision and partnership with the community it serves.
