Ashtech is one of the pioneers in the introduction of Fly Ash in the construction industry in India, Africa and the Middle East. We are involved in the processing & classification of Fly Ash obtained from various Thermal Power plants in India and supplied for various infrastructure projects within India and also exported to several parts of the world. Armed with decades of experience in this field, our in-house research and development laboratory have recently launched a new product SUPERPOZZ P500. This is a unique material within the industry and can compete with other equivalent products used for obtaining High Performance Concrete. SUPERPOZZ P500 – Ultra Fine Fly Ash (UFFA) is also a Fly Ash with very fine particles and meets all the specification of Fly Ash as per IS 3812 part I and also conforms to AASHTO-M 295.
Ashtech has established its own production units for cement in Raichur and Mangalore in the Southern part of India. Each of these state of the art plants applies new age cement technology to achieve a production capacity of 1500 tons per day.
With over 8 plants, 105 Transit Mixers & Concrete pumps and an installed capacity of 570 cum per hour / 525,000 cum per annum, we produce Ready Mix Concrete in fully automatic batching systems.
